Cancellation & Refund Policies

Pediatrix hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend. However, understanding that extenuating circumstances do occur the Cancellation and Refund Policies are noted below.

Registration Cancellation

Conference registration canceled in writing via email on or before January 20, 2025 is refundable but subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee. Registrants canceling on or after January 21, 2025 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's status.
