Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding twins simultaneously may seem like a difficult feat. To some, it may even seem impossible. However, thanks to some of the most comfortable, ergonomic nursing pillow designs, parents of twins can feed with ease. In addition, three successful twin nursing positions include football, crisscross and tangle. “A specific product like a twin nursing pillow will likely be most helpful if you are choosing the football hold,” said Jenelle Ferry, M.D., neonatologist and director of feeding, nutrition and infant development at Pediatrix® Medical Group.
