Debra McRoberts

Debra McRoberts was named Senior Vice President of People Services in 2024. She first joined the organization in September 2010 and has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility during that time. In her current role, she manages all aspects of human resources (HR) strategy and functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development and total rewards. Prior to joining Pediatrix, Debra held HR management roles in distribution center, call center and manufacturing environments. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Old Dominion University. Debra is based in Southern California, where she lives with her husband and three golden retrievers.
