Jaclyn Havinga, M.D.

About

Dr. Jaclyn Havinga graduated from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She completed her residency in pediatrics with the University of Florida at The Studer Family Children's Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. She completed her fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at East Carolina University at the James and Connie Maynard Children's Hospital in Greenville, North Carolina. She has published research in several areas, including quality improvement and fluid management of extremely preterm neonates, social determinants of health and the influence of social media on medical decision-making. She currently works at The Studer Family Children's Hospital, focusing on resident and staff education.
