Sara Marder, M.D.

About

Sara Marder, M.D., is a board-certified OBGYN and maternal-fetal medicine specialist who attended the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Emory University and her fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Yale University. She was on faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and Washington University prior to moving to Atlanta.

With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Marder oversees ultrasound quality assurance and quality improvement in close collaboration with the practice’s lead sonographer. She enjoys visiting her son in New Orleans, where he attends Tulane University. Her husband, Seth Force, M.D., is chief of thoracic surgery at Emory University. They live in Atlanta’s Morningside district with their two Chesapeake Retrievers.
