About

Tiffany McMillan, BSN, MSN, NNP, is a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner who earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees simultaneously from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Before becoming an NNP, she received a degree in criminology from the University of Florida, followed by a juris doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

While in Birmingham, Tiffany worked as a NICU nurse for three years in a level III NICU. She became a neonatal nurse practitioner at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center for 10 years before joining Pediatrix® Neonatology of Florida.

Tiffany has been married to her husband, French, for 21 years. They have three daughters, a son and a dog named Lulu. Free time is usually spent chasing kids or trying to sneak in a vacation. A native of Panama City, Florida, Tiffany is excited to return to the Panhandle.
