Priscilla Rieves, PhD, RN, CPNP, received her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Child Development from Texas Woman’s University, Denton. Her research includes:

• Parenting preterm infants after discharge from the NICU; effects of early attachment behaviors on development through school age
• The effects of infant massage on improvement of tone, gastrointestinal function and growth in preterm infants
