Michael Reardon, M.D.

Michael Reardon, M.D., graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 and earned their medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1997. They completed their residency in neurology in 2001, serving as chief resident from 2000-2001 at the University of Iowa. Dr. Reardon continued at Iowa as a pediatric resident and completed child neurology training in July 2003.
From there, Dr. Reardon returned to their original home state of Texas, first working at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi before coming to Austin in 2005 to join Specially for Children. In 2010, they helped establish and lead the Dell Children’s Medical Center Concussion Clinic. Dr. Reardon also served as co-director of the Pediatric Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinic for several years. Dr. Reardon was one of the founding partners of Child Neurology Consultants of Austin (CNCA), which was formed in 2016 and is now Pediatrix Specialty Care of Austin. Dr. Reardon currently serves as director of general child neurology for the practice.
