About Our Practice

At Pediatrix® ENT of Orlando, our mission is to provide the best care to infants, children and adolescents with conditions affecting the head and neck. Pediatrix ENT of Orlando is the premier otolaryngology practice in central Florida exclusively dedicated to the care of children. Named among Best Doctors in America for more than 10 years, Dr. James Kosko, Dr. Cheryl Cotter, Dr. Eric Jaryszak and Dr. Joshua Gottschall are all fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologists with more than 70 years of combined surgical experience with training from Johns Hopkins, Harvard Medical School, George Washington University and the University of Florida.

The physicians at Pediatrix ENT of Orlando are all members of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, the only professional society that recognizes excellence in this field. Our physicians are also board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. They are fellows of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Surgeons.

At Pediatrix ENT of Orlando, we are dedicated to advancing the care of children in the central Florida area. Our clinicians are active members of the surgical department at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. They serve as pediatric otolaryngology consultants for many multidisciplinary teams, including the cleft palate and craniofacial teams, cochlear implant team and aerodigestive and swallowing disorder clinic.

Allergy and Asthma Services

Board-certified allergist Dana Broussard-Perry, M.D., has been a member of the Southwest Orlando community since 2003. She provides allergy and asthma care to children and adults with the goal of achieving optimal quality of life.
