Eastside MFM in Kirkland is located adjacent to Evergreen Hospital Medical Center in the Evergreen Surgery and Physician Center. Evergreen Hospital is easily accessible from I-405 at exit 20B. Free parking is available in the parking garage. The Surgery and Physicians Center Building is directly across from the “Blue” maternity entrance. Our office is in Suite Tan 240, which can be found on the main level.
