Important Announcement

We would like to inform you that, effective December 15, 2024, Pediatrix Medical Services, Inc., d/b/a Children's Eye Care of North Texas, plans to transition ownership to Pediatric EyeCare of North Texas, PLLC. We appreciate your trust in our clinical services and look forward to continuing to provide excellent care for your loved ones with the same doctors—Dr. Kartik Kumar and Dr. Anastasia Alex—and the same great staff. We look forward to serving you and your family at our new locations listed below. 

For patients seen from October 1, 2020, or later, your medical records will transition to Pediatric EyeCare of North Texas. To obtain a copy of medical records prior to December 15, 2024, please contact the office at 972-985-1233. Starting December 16, 2024, please contact our new office number at 972-258-7979. 

For patients seen before October 1, 2020, to request a copy of your Children's Eye Care of North Texas medical records, please submit a request form at any time at www.pediatrix.com/contact-us.
