You will first need to enroll in the NextGen Patient Portal. You can do this while checking in for an appointment or scheduling your next visit. You will be provided with an eight-digit enrollment token, a unique number that allows you to securely register for the portal. Once enrolled by your clinician, you will receive a patient portal welcome email to complete your registration. You will need to enter your enrollment token number, date of birth, last name and email address to verify your identity.
The NextGen Patient Portal can be accessed on any internet-ready application. There is also a mobile app, NextGen Mobile Solutions, which is available on iOS and Android devices. To download the app, go to your app store and search for NextGen Mobile Solutions. Once you’ve downloaded the app, click on “I have received an invitation” and enter the information you received in the invitation.
