About

Aziz Farhat, M.D., is one of the pediatric critical care physicians in the PICU at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah. Dr. Farhat completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. He subsequently completed a pediatric critical care medicine fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. In addition to taking care of critically ill children, Dr. Farhat helps patients with complex medical needs achieve their care goals, provides pediatric sedation outside of the operating room and works on improving health care delivery for pediatric patients in the hospital. Dr. Farhat also has a passion for teaching and works closely with first responder crews across the state to expand their pediatric expertise.

When he is not caring for patients at the hospital, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Afaf. They enjoy traveling, hiking across Utah and exploring all the National Parks in the area.
