We would like to inform you that, effective February 1, 2025, Drs. Labib Ghulmiyyah, Cristina Colon-Aponte, Michail Spiliopoulos and Christine Penso, practicing under the name of Pediatrix Medical Group of Florida, Inc., d/b/a Women’s Specialty Care of Florida, part of Pediatrix Medical Group, plan to transition the practice to Women's Health an affiliate of the North Broward Hospital District. The same team of doctors, nurses and staff remain dedicated to providing the same excellent care for you and your loved ones. The locations will remain the same, and the phone number will remain 954-958-9959.

About Our Practice

At Women's Specialty Care of Florida, part of Pediatrix Medical Group, our team of board-certified maternal-fetal medicine specialists cares for women with high-risk, complex pregnancies and their unborn babies. We provide high-quality, specialized care by educating, counseling and managing complicated pregnancies to maximize maternal and fetal health. The care of a maternal-fetal medicine specialist can significantly contribute to a baby’s health before and after birth.

Maternal-fetal Medicine Specialists

Our practice specializes in maternal-fetal medicine, supported by certified nurse-midwives. We also have clinicians providing OB hospitalist services in partner hospitals. As high-risk pregnancy specialists, we ensure expectant mothers receive state-of-the-art care during their pregnancy and understand the diagnosis, treatment options and treatment plan.
